Construction Company Owner Builds His Way Into Stanford Who's Who

Gerard J. Thomson has been accepted among the prestigious ranks of Stanford Who's Who as a result of his exceptional effort in the Construction Industry.

    NORTH CANTERBURY, NEW ZEALAND, November 3, 2010 /Stanford Who's Who/ -- Gerard J. Thomson has been accepted among the prestigious ranks of Stanford Who's Who as a result of his exceptional effort in the Construction Industry. As Owner of Flaxmill Builders, as well as throughout his incredible 27 years in the business, Mr. Thomson has routinely exhibited the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.

Flaxmill Builders is a family owned and operated company which provides residential and commercial construction services. They have a large team of local qualified builders and apprentices who ensure that clients have complete peace of mind when it comes to their building requirements. The company also specializes in the restoration of older buildings.

Gerard runs the business along with his wife. Mr. Thomson grew up helping out on a farm where he naturally picked up the skill of building. During his educational career, he earned an Advanced Trade Certificate from the New Zealand Trade Certification Board in 1979. Gerard is a member of the Certified Builders Association of Oxford as well as a sponsor of the Oxford Rugby Club and a volunteer for the local fire brigade. In addition, he sponsors a safety awareness program.
