Brian has 22 years of experience in the construction industry. He assists clients with all of their building envelope and water intrusion inspections as well as quality control checks. He recently completed a nationally recognized mixed-use building in downtown Renton, Washington, known as the Renton Veterans Complex. The complex has commercial space on the bottom floor and housing for homeless Veterans and their families with 38 units on 3 floors. Mr. Beavers has worked with some of the State's largest general contractors to effectively implement building enclosure designs documents, thus ensuring the life and performance while enhancing the energy efficiency of the buildings.
During his educational career, Brian attended Portland Community College and Tacoma Community College. His success stems from his attention to detail and staying current with the rapidly changing construction technologies' as well as his communication and organizational skills. He is a Third Party Enclosure Expert according to the state of Washington. In the time away from his busy schedule, Mr. Beavers greatly enjoys hunting, skiing, and taking his children Jerika and Tanner on camping trips.
