FRISCO, TX, December 1, 2010 /Building and Construction PR News/ --Brad Allen Parr, president / co-owner of Sheldon Robinson Custom Homes, is a recognized builder in the upscale Dallas area whose hallmarks mirror those of his beloved U.S. Marines - honor, commitment, strength, dedication and leadership. Because of these distinguishing characteristics that he lives by and incorporates into his business, Parr was recently recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for excellence in luxury construction.
But his expertise is not limited to just bricks and mortar. The project management professional invented a successful formula specifically for the client, utilizing technology to balance design, budget and schedule for each project. This allows the client to understand what is going on and how much money is being spent, and Parr's system allows them to know the status of each job at all times.
Parr is also skilled in securing local regulatory land-use approvals. With an impressive background in project design, construction, scheduling and budgeting, not to mention experience in developing and implementing regional building programs for luxury homes, he is able to serve each client on a number of levels.
In addition to serving on the Marine Corps Security Force Regiment, Parr is a 1998 criminal justice graduate from the University of Nebraska, who also worked as an officer at the Lancaster County Sherriff's Department. After deciding to continue his family's legacy of building some of the area's most impressive custom homes, he began to educate himself in that field by acquiring credentials as a Project Management Professional, Graduate Master Builder, Certified Graduate Builder, and a Green Building Professional.
He maintains active affiliations with Green Built Texas, the Program Management Institute, Inc., the National Association of Home Builders, the National Association of the Remodeling Industry, and the U.S. Green Building Council.
