With 25 years of professional experience, Mr. Erdly attributes his success to the support he receives from the people around him. He previously worked in the construction field.
Mr. Erdly completed coursework, with Honors, at Williamsport Area Community College (now Pennsylvania College of Technology). In 1972, he received certification in engineering drafting, and was the recipient of Penn College's 2004 Distinguished Alumnus Award. He is a member of the Association for Preservation Technology and the American Society for Testing and Materials International.
