Extreme Excavating and Backhoe Services Ltd. started off as a small company with only one truck and trailer to pull its single backhoe to each job site and has steadily expanded to possess a comprehensive fleet of equipment and trucks and to become a full service provider of excavation services, including excavation and backfill of basements, water, sewer, storm, gas and power services as well as acreage development. Chad is not one to be content with his current level of success and aspires to expand his company to become one of the largest of its kind in Alberta, as well as to take on other business interests as the opportunities present themselves. Never one for shying away from opportunities and challenges, Chad has shown a remarkable ability to "make things happen", both through his hard work, ingenuity and constant networking to improve or expand his company as the need may be. Chad enjoys taking a "hands on" approach for managing all major aspects of the business as well as overseeing the daily operations and his staff of 22.
