"The Stonehill" Project in Sullivan Landing Is Ready For Construction
Sullivan Landing in Kimberley BC is ready to develop on lot 38 in the new community
KIMBERLEY, BC, August 11, 2011 /Building and Construction PR News/ -- Today Brian De Paoli, Sales Manager of Sullivan Landing, announced that the new community of Sullivan Landing in Kimberley, BC, is ready for the development of lot 38 - "The Stonehill Project," under the architect Robert Weston.
A major benefit of this home is that "the site is elevated above surrounding development, providing protected panoramic views to the Selkirk and Rocky Mountain ranges, ski hill, and wilderness area" explains Architect Robert Weston. The Stonehill Project, or Lot 38, will be completed using energy efficient low e2 coated, argon gas and double glazed window coverings, prefinished ipe hardwood and produra (a resin based wood veneer). Additionally, exterior walls and roof construction are designed to be modular to ensure accuracy and efficiency in construction and to provide a high level of energy efficiency and air tightness in the home.
