Cutler Associates is proud to announce that it has brought several new hires on board to continue servicing clients and driving new business initiatives throughout the Northeast.
WORCESTER, MA, December 15, 2011 /Building and Construction PR News/ -- Aaron Hall has joined the Worcester-based firm's operations as a Senior Project Manager, where he'll plan, monitor and supervise onsite construction staff and administration activities on behalf of Cutler's clients. Aaron is well known in the design-build and construction management industry, and specializes in projects containing complex mechanical systems with strict performance requirements. Given Aaron's 12+ years' experience in construction project management, Cutler welcomes his professional estimating, scheduling and management skills. He holds a B.S. in Construction Management as well as an MBA, and has managed projects ranging from $50,000 to over $40 million.
Victor Imparato joined Cutler in December and will soon manage The Village at River Mead senior living construction project. Victor's past positions include project manager, architect, and owner's representative for Arrowstreet, Design Partnership, Roseland, and Group One Partners. With over 20 years in the design and building businesses, Victor's achievements will contribute to Cutler's continued efforts to build outstanding projects along with great customer / client relationships. Though Victor comes to Cutler with strong design experience, his strengths also include construction document preparation and administration; managing engineers, subs and design teams; owner's representation; and purchasing. Recent past projects include the $4-million UMass Lowell Wannalancit Building renovation, the $11-million Rhode Island College recreation center, various Northeastern Marriott Residence Inns, the East Pier Project that constructed 500 luxury condo/apartment units on East Boston's waterfront, and, significantly, construction management of the $132-million Westin Boston Convention Center Hotel.
Matty Arya joined Cutler in the fall as a Construction Project Manager. With a B.S. in civil engineering, Matty comes to Cutler with experience in the scholastic and industrial markets, having worked on several major projects at nearby Worcester Polytechnic Institute as well as on various warehouses and laboratories throughout New England. Given his nearly 16 years' experience—and having been a project manager since the mid-nineties—Matty possesses excellent credentials in the construction / managerial field. As a Cutler PM, he plans, monitors and supervises onsite construction and administration activities on behalf of our client projects.
Certified Construction Superintendent Patrick Giammarco joined Cutler and hit the ground running as an onsite supervisor for Cutler's Marillac senior living renovation project. He has 20 years' experience in building construction and management, along with carpentry, renovations, and new building development skills. Particularly adept at subcontractor / crew supervision, his recent experience includes managing and scheduling all phase of building construction of high-end retail stores new to the Boston area for Nordstrom. On a recent $38-million project, construction crews ranged up to 200 subcontractors, and Patrick was responsible for project management as well as quality control. He has worked for major firms including IBEX Construction, Harding & Smith, and DACON Construction Corporation.
Julie Davenport was welcomed to Cutler in December as an Assistant Project Manager. With a B.S. in Industrial Technology, she is able to provide assistance with document control, estimating, subcontractor communication / correspondence, RFIs, and scheduling. Julie brings her CAD and SketchUp expertise, along with capability in Autodesk's Revit and other software products.
"We're quite fortunate to be able to be in a position to bring these talents on board," states Ed O'Brien, Cutler President.
