Established in 1969, Atlas Roofing Contractors is a family owned and operated construction business. They provide service to all major contractors in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean; as well as, to the commercial and industrial market, billing over eight million dollars a year. The company is certified as approved applicators by the mayor roofing membrane manufacturers in the nation, such as Johns Manville, Soprema, JP Stevens, Tremco, Carlisle and Celcore Lightweight.

Mr. Cela is responsible for managing all major aspects of the business as well as overseeing the daily operations. During his collegiate career, Juan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Louisiana State University. He is a member of the Associated General Contractors of America.
