As President of Desarrolladora JA Inc., as well as throughout his incredible 43 years in the business, Jose has consistently demonstrated the vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be considered among the best.
Desarrolladora JA Inc. is a family owned and operated general contracting construction company that is involved in the construction of roadways, bridges and buildings in Puerto Rico. 90% of their work is done for the Puerto Rican government. Mr. Abrams is responsible for managing all major aspects of the business as well as overseeing the daily operations.
During his collegiate career, Jose earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He is a Certified Member of the College of Engineers and Land Surveyors of Puerto Rico. Mr. Abrams is also a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and the Lions Club of Isabela. In addition, Jose serves as President of the Board of Directors of a supermarket chain.
