NW Construction LLC is a general contracting and construction management company with over $150 million in new construction and rehabilitation developments in the past 5 years. Their wealth of experience in the Chicagoland area over the past 25 years includes institutional: medical and financial; commercial: new construction and tenant improvement; residential: multi-family and single family; and rehabilitation: retail, commercial and residential.
Mr. Sanavaitis is responsible for managing all major aspects of the business as well as overseeing the daily operations, securing leads, contract negotiations, and working with design builds. During his collegiate career, J.P. earned a Bachelor's degree in Literature from Wright College. He is a member of the Associated General Contractors of America.
