CITIC Pacific Mining is an Australian subsidiary of CITIC Pacific. They are in the process of constructing the Sino Iron Project, which upon completion will be the largest magnetite iron ore mine in Australia. The iron ore concentrate that will be produced from the project will ensure a stable, quality supply of iron ore to CITIC Pacific's special steel plants, as well as other steel producers in China.

Esther possesses extensive expertise in strategic planning, business development, contract management, supply, and international trade. During her collegiate career, she earned a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Accounting) and Business Systems (IT), a Postgraduate Diploma in Energy Law, and a Master's degree in Commercial and Resources. Esther is also a Red Hat Certified Engineer and a Certified Information Systems Auditor.
