As a Registered Roof Observer and Staff Consultant with Benchmark Inc. for the past 3 years, as well as throughout his brilliant career, Mr. Caspers has consistently displayed the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.
Benchmark Inc. is a roof and pavement consulting firm, offering the power of a professional team of dedicated specialists that provide complete roof and pavement management. They help clients to better manage their assets from roof evaluations, roof design, and roof construction management to pavement assessments, pavement specifications, and pavement construction quality control.
Louis is responsible for full time construction observation, roof surveys and specification writing.
During his collegiate career, he studied Computers at Hamilton Business College, where he achieved a 4.0 grade point average. Mr. Caspers also served in the United States Marines with 3 years of active duty and 3 years of inactive duty. He finished his military service with the title of Corporal E-4.
