Mr. Ouellette is a health, safety and environment professional with extensive experience on a wide range of projects, including green field construction, live petro-chemical plant maintenance, commissioning and start-up, and process and compliance auditing. During his collegiate career, he studied Occupational Health and Safety at the University of Alberta. Jeffrey is a member of the Canadian Society of Safety Engineering and the American Society of Safety Engineers.
